Elegant Mesh News at Baboom!

Elegant Mesh News at Baboom!

And again she did it! Kyra Camel, owner and designer of Baboom surprised me with an awesome new gown with great mesh parts! In the pack you have included 2 sizes of the mesh corset so you can choose with one fits you better. The “Glamour” gown is a wonderful elegant and sexy gown for any formal event. The wonderful mesh corsage without any shoulder lines gives a great base for awesome jewelry. For the “Glamour” gown Kyra included a cute and filigree mini set of earrings and necklace. For this post I chose to wear one of the limited sets of Finesmith. Yula made a few sets in different colors and limited their ammount to certain sets, after they were sold the colors are not longer available and you have kinda unique sets 🙂 I bought a few of them for my own and today iam wearing the “Rehana” set in black. The clutch as well comes from Finesmith and it si the item for the “Womans Stuff Hunt”. The amazing gloves are decorated with awesome ruffles at the upper end and are made of 3 prims for each glove. The skirt is open on the front but covers what it has to ;) and goes down till the bottom in the back and on the sides. The amazing flowers at the hips connect it to the wonderful mesh corsage. There is a pair of wonderful, elegant shoes as well that come with the gown, but you know me I always need something edgy to elegant gowns so I chose one of my all time favourites from Mea Culpa, the “Raptor” shoes :p.What caught my attention was the huge headpiece with the amazing filigree veil. The “Glamour” gown is available in more stunning colors, so get the next limo to the Baboom Mainstore and look for yourself. I am sure there is a color for you as well :)

My style in Second Life always seems to morph from one style to another, at times I am eclectic, other times I ache for the casual. This curiosity of fashion is one of the heartstrings that tie me to the Second Life Fashion world. Inworld you can somewhat cheaply explore fashion, create, dream, and grow your fashion sense and then try these fashions in a real life capacity if you choose to. I just dig fashion on so many levels, colors, materials, shapes, all of it! And one of the designers that consistently gives so many styles to her avid fans is Giz Seorn of Gizza.

Last time I blogged Gizza I was wearing the “Flawless” gown, an epic gown of extravagant proportions, and here several weeks later, I can create a totally different style in a more casual appeal from the same designer. In the above picture, I am wearing the “Lollipop” dress. The layered skirt ends sexily above the knee, it is gorgeously colorful and sequined, and ripples playfully about the thighs. The bodice is tightly molded to the female form and has an adorable ruffled cravat to accentuate the face. I topped it off with the dreamy “Floral headband”, also found at Gizza.

The outfit below is one of the new Mesh outfits Gizza has created (mesh enabled viewer required), and it is one of those outfits you put on and just go, Whhoooaaw. The “pencil skirt” fits to perfection and I instantly fell in love with the detailing on the Croc Blouse! The blouse envelopes its wearer softly and the croc pattern of the material is a divine sophistication. I completed the outfit with Giz’s mesh clutch bag and the darling “Rococo” hat. Simple sophistication that shows even a wayward Cao can kick it up a notch.

Swing by Gizza, and be enthralled with the width and breadth of style available there. I even included the Taxi: <3 Taxi:
