One of the things I love best about blogging in Second Life, is when a friend offer’s up a treasured favorite store. Recently such a thing happened to me, and my friend led me to a store called :[Strip’d]: Taxi: The store offers a range of fashion from the day to day casual wear all the way to a light cocktail variety, the items are chic and sophisticated and guaranteed to catch an eye. Many items, like the ones I am showing are MESH so they require a mesh enabled viewer, but the beauty and movement of mesh outweighs the inconvenience of changing viewers, in my opinion.
With summer on my mind, and ready for casual fun with friends at the beach, I chose to blog two of designer Valentine Rexen’s more casual youth oriented attire. My first choice is Tillie, a groovy little sundress, strapless to highlight the suntan on my shoulders and short and playful enough to show a length of thigh and leg. It fits easily over a swimsuit for those days we go straight from beach to the local watering hole, yet looks fashionably casual enough to keep me a glamour girl.
This second outfit is made for a day of shopping and fun. The Keely blouse is a loose-fitting sheer fabric with a kicky geometric pattern and nicely wards off the day’s heat, with the spaghetti straps showing a breathe of shoulder that is oh so sexy and feminine. I chose the tweed skirt in a complimentary color; the mid-thigh skirt is non-binding and moves freely with the bodies movements, and is short enough to be young and fun but long enough to bring a natural elegance to the complete ensemble.
Summer is right around the corner, make this one a fashionable and fun one, I know I am going to, and I hope you will too! Check out :[Strip’d]: today, I am sure you will love the many things available in store! <3
